Abstract
Editors' note: The following is a headline article that was supposed to be on page 3 of Gongren ribao (Workers' daily) on May 26, 1989. It was withdrawn from the paper after it had been typeset. This action of suppressing true reporting reflected certain people's opposition to the views expressed in the article. The voice of truth, however, will not be suppressed. We publish the article here in its entirety for public comment.
