Abstract

In all my years, the poor display of leadership from the chief administrative office of leadership, the presidency, is at an all-time low. In the past, presidential candidates and leaders have demonstrated various leadership styles with platforms surrounding education, social injustices, and light bullying tactics while running for the candidacy for president. The major concern viewed by the leadership of the United States today is the consistent open display of bullying upper level management, colleagues within the government, and constituents inside the local and state communities. In this study, research questions are how does stress relate to the bullying issue in politics, and what affects to the bullying have on the workplace?
