Abstract
The structure, acid properties, wettability, and coking of ZSM-5 zeolite treated by different steam temperature were studied by XRD, NH3-TPD, Washburn analysis method, and carbon-hydrogen analyzer, and the model of catalyst coking kinetics was established. The study results show that the structure of ZSM-5 zeolite treated by different steam temperature is not destroyed; the acid quantity and hydrophilicity decrease with the increasing of steam treatment temperature, while the oil wettability increases. When the treated steam temperature exceeds 773 K, the coking quantity of ZSM-5 zeolite is the least. The proper coking kinetics equation is obtained, so the coking content can be forecasted.
