Abstract

Ultrathin chromium oxide layers (nanostructures) were synthesized on the (100) and (110) silicon and gallium arsenide surfaces by molecular layering (atom layer deposition). Technological factors were shown to influence the main rules governing nanolayer formation, nanolayer composition, and some electric nanolayer characteristics.
