Abstract

The contribution examines on the one hand the regulatory guidelines offered by the Pope about the prejudicial or pastoral inquiry in the wider context of the reform of the procedures for the declaration of marriage nullity, and on the other wants to emphasize the role of ecclesiastical lawyer in this particular inquiry, presenting the problematic aspects of the reform both in the judicial phase and in the broader pastoral horizon of the reform.
