Abstract

Before the arrival of the Europeans, the political structures Tswa , Teke and Mbosi constitute a set of rich policies, by the rigor of the political organization which it lacked, to be modern, that the use of the writing. It is enough for the Congolese to continue to work intelligently and ardently in this direction to hope for the fundamental rebirth of the Congo.
