Abstract

The article is devoted to practice of the Court of Justice of the EU, which has influenced on the process of European Union law constitutionalization. It is analyzed the concept and the process of the EU law constitutionalization, particularly the direct effect of EU norms, their primacy and the development of the doctrine of state liability for its breach. Special attention is paid to the process of democratization of the EU legal order, which makes EU law similar to constitution.
