Abstract

The combined use of the 2′-tetrahydropyran-4-yl(Thp group and 5′-9-phenylxanthen-9-yl(Pix) group or (4-methoxy)phenylxanthen-9-yl(Mox) group gave satisfactory results in the solid phasesynthesis of medium sized RNA fragments.
