Abstract

What is the Kurdish agenda regarding the new developments in the northern part of Syria and their relations with Ankara? What is the main demand of the Kurdish movement? An independent state, or a new basis for the cooperation of Kurds and the Turkish state? Which path will Ankara choose regarding its relations with Kurds? Will Ankara choose the creation of a new social and political contract with Kurds, or a policy focused on the containment of the aggressive policy of the Kurdish side? These are the important questions for the future of Turkey and Mesopotamia, which we will attempt to answer in this article.
