Abstract

Quantum fluctuations of the output radiationamplitude in a cascade of unidirectional ring optical parametric oscillators (OPOs) operating upon pumping below thethreshold are studied theoretically. It is shown that, by usinga cascade of OPOs, one can reduce the spectral density of thefluctuations due to more efficient light squeezing.
