Abstract

We investigate a spin-pairing mechanism of superconductivity based on a continuous strong-correlation model that we proposed previously. The model shows that substitutional doping may generate an quasi-exciton, a hole-dopant pair with immobile dopant. Two excitons interact with each other, resulting in two spin-pairing eigen states - the singlet and triplet states. A condensed phase of N excitons is proved to be a Gutzwiller projection of a Bose condensation.
