Abstract

The current research aims to identify the relationship between the budget of programs and performance as an independent variable with job performance as a dependent variable at the University of Sumer in order to reach appropriate mechanisms and proposed recommendations to contribute to improving job performance in the researched organization, and based on the importance of the subject of research in government organizations and their prominent role played by the researched organization in the community, adopt the descriptive analytical approach in the completion of the research, The research included (Director of the Department of Financial and Administrative Affairs, Director of the Division of Finance, Director of the Administrative Division, employees of the Department of Financial and Administrative Affairs), and data was collected from (33) respondents are considered a community for research and the method of intentional sample (intentional or comprehensive inventory), and the questionnaire was relied on in the process of data collection, which included (24) indicators, and the research relied on the program (SPSS V.23), (Excel 2010) ) As well as the adoption of descriptive statistics methods (arithmetic mean, standard deviation), while the most prominent results of the research is the validity of the research hypothesis, which indicates the balance of programs and performance is directly related to improving job performance.
