Abstract

Against the background of high occupational illness abroad, the figures of occupational morbidity in Russia are declining, despite more difficult working conditions. Topicality of the research is caused by the problem of low occupational diseases rate revealing in the early stages of their development and their early diagnosis. The article presents the results of the possibilities of ultrasound method in diagnostics of muscle tissue changes in myofibrosis. Results of ultrasound examination let us develop occupational myofibrosis classification according severity of disease that significantly increases efficiency of undertake expert assessment of disease relation to the job.
