Abstract
This article is devoted to the reasons for the accelerated US stock market growth in 2020-2021 despite the pandemiс, change of administrations in the White House, the implementation of the new transportation policies, the industry budgeting, and the impact on transportation economics. The market growth is traced through the changes in the Dow Jones index. A forecast is given that this index will soon reach a milestone value of 36 000 points predicted by J.Glassman & K.Hasset.
