Abstract
Dukuh Menanggal Village is the southernmost sub-district for the Surabaya City area, directly adjacent to Sidoarjo district, in that village there are 30 UMKM managed by Amanah Belimbing Wuluh UMKM in Dukuh Menanggal Village, Surabaya. Product branding and packaging is one of the current trends so that the appearance of the product becomes more attractive to buyers, and one of them is branding and packaging at the Sinom Kana UMKM which was founded by Mrs. Sukanah. In an effort to preserve traditional drinks that are healthy and beneficial to health. Residents have been trying to do online and offline marketing. The current obstacle is the absence of branding and product packaging of these herbal drinks. The problem-solving method is by making Appropriate Technology for branding and packaging of Sinom Kana Drinks that can be used to sell UMKM products in order to increase profits for the business.
