Abstract
This research investigates one of the poetic texts of Mahwi named (my home is love) with giving consideration to the views of teachers and researchers working on his collection. It interprets the poem again and presents some differences including; having new meanings for a number of phrases in the text. This study reveals the comprehension of Mahwi for the concept of (love) and gives a sociological explanation on his perspectives. It also identifies (love) as the way of life.
 This study consists of two main chapters: the first chapter focuses on the poet’s biography and corresponding to the explanation of the poetic text (my home is love) the second chapter analyzes the content of the (love) concept.
