Abstract
We investigated the Pr xY 1- x Ba 2Cu 3O 7-δ system, system, varying both the Pr and oxygen content and measured the resistivity as function of composition and temperature. Including literature data on T N , a phase diagram was constructed, which shows the variation of T c and of T N in the ( x , δ ) plane. In Pr xY 1-xBa 2Cu 3O 7-δ , one finds close similarity between the dependence of the normal state transport properties: T c , T N , ϱ( T), R H ( T) etc., on doping by Pr and “doping” by oxygen vacancies.
