Abstract
Northampton Community College, in collaboration with industry, workforce, and secondary school partners, developed a multifaceted, replicable approach to meet the regional biotechnology workforce needs. Credit-bearing, career-latticed specialized diplomas and a cutting edge clean room laboratory provide a quick entrée option into a high growth industry in our region.
