Abstract

After disintegration of bipolar world the role of PRC had grown both in global and regional affairs, the last one has objectively brought to some theoretical researches among Chinese expert circles over such important problems like state economic interests, national security so, as geostrategy of world and regional trade. Beijing has worked out long-term foreign-policy course, the essence of which can be interpreted like the following formula: “pacify West, lean against North, struggle for East and South“. It’s been considered that China as a state settled down in Eastern part of Eurasia is simply obliged to develop strategic partner relations with leading powers of Eurasian continent. Such powers by Chinese leadership are considered Germany, Russia and India since only being in the process of “independent” and “joint” transformation with them China is able to become finally main motive strength in conditions of being modified world system. Powerful economic potential affords Beijing to render noticeable influence on geopolitical situation in Eurasia and conduct independent enough, without looking back at its so called “strategic” partners, foreign economic policy.
