Abstract

ABSTRACT The recent Ethio-Eritrean rapprochement is a significant political step toward transforming the two countries’ and the region’s lengthy wars and hostilities into amicable relations. The rapprochement was expected to bring an end to the Ethio-Eritrean disputes that had destabilized the Horn for over two decades.
