Abstract

This chapter explores the benefits of leveraging strategic, holistic leadership practices throughout human-centric organizational ecosystems with a deep dive into the social-behavioral work-life dynamics associated with employee resilience building, growth mindset development, and assertive communications tactics. The perfectionism mindset is increasingly impacting work-life experiences at all levels of leadership and management within multicultural and multigenerational organizations. To enhance effectiveness and efficiencies, astute leaders integrate holistic well-being perspectives, practices, and policies to align evidence-based scientific multidisciplinary strategies incorporating principles from the people management, organizational development, and industrial-organizational psychology disciplines.
