Abstract The early G-type star HD 204613 is kinematically a member of the galactic halo, yet it is not extremely weak-lined and in fact appears to show greatly enhanced abundances of certain elements. Photometrically it is similar to the giants in M92 that show only a small ultraviolet excess.
