Abstract
ABSTRACT A line identification study of the sharp-lined silicon star HD 43819 has been performed for the photographic region λλ3759 - 4924. Comparison of this star's spectrum with those of other silicon stars shows that it shares many of their apparent abundance anomalies. The Ti II, Cr II, Fe I, and Fe II spectra are well represented while the singly-ionized rare earths are represented by at best a few lines per species.
