Abstract

As the global digital economy continues to evolve, manufacturing companies are encountering the necessity to shift from conventional methods to digital solutions, including cloud services and big data analytics. The objective of this research is to investigate the ways in which the capabilities of digital platforms facilitate digital innovation within enterprises. Grounded in the relevant theories of dynamic capability and open innovation, a research model among variables is constructed, and empirical test is conducted through a questionnaire. The findings of the analysis indicate that: First, digital platform capability promotes the realization of digital innovation through the joint action of platform integration and platform reconstruction; Second, organizational agility plays a partially mediating role. The research results have some practical guiding value for manufacturing enterprises to realize innovation by using information technology during the digital economic era.
