To me, it's the best part of the job. As you can imagine, those conversations have covered a wide variety of topics. But in recent months, one question has come up more frequently than others: How does one go about becoming a leader in ASA? The question about clarity in the leadership selection process may be the tip of an iceberg. The unspoken part is whether we could be doing a better job. If that's true, it may well be time for us to consider reforms – to streamline the process and make it clear and open. But, in order to set a bearing in the direction we want to go, we first need to understand where we are. Let's take a look at how the process currently...
