Abstract

The goal of this essay is to contribute to the study of public policies, specifically those oriented towards the promotion of shared responsibility between men and women in care work, both from a human rights approach and a gender perspective. We will quickly revise Gendes’ story and its theoretical-practical approach used with the private sector, to finally sum up our experiences and challenges of our interventions.
