Abstract

In addition to the usual space and time, the two degrees of freedom which may be concerned in the mass of elementary particles are introduced. Based on the fundamental postulata with respect to the symmetry in the above new degrees of freedom, as well as the invariance under the proper Lorentz- transformation, a theory is formulated, and the violation law of the parity conservation and of the invariance under the particle conjugation in connection with the strength of interactions is approved. It is shown that the theory has a close relation to the two-component neutrino theory proposed by Lee and Yang and also to Landau's theory.
