Abstract
This research seeks to investigate the legal status of the State of occupied Palestine in light of the international diplomatic law represented by PLO as the legitimate representative of the Palestinian people in international forums. It also seeks to determine the legal status of the State of occupied Palestine in light of the provisions of international diplomatic law and its implications. The research tries to answer a major question which is: what is the legal status of the Palestinian situation in light of the provisions of international diplomatic law and its implications and did the birth of the Palestinian authority influence the run of the Palestinian diplomatic process, and which is the competent authority in running the Palestinian diplomatic process under the provisions of international law?
