Abstract
SUMMARYDetails are given of a child with hydranencephaly and infantile spasms. A brain‐stem origin for the motor phenomenon of infantile spasms is suggested.RÉSUMÉ Spasmes infantiles dans un cas d'hydranenc eAphalie Les détails sont donnés au sujet d'un enfant présentant une hydranencéphalie et des spasmes infantiles.
