Abstract

This is the second of two papers presenting a Group-analytic perspective on organizational analysis and intervention. In Part I, the theoretical antecedents and principles of the model were established. Part HI considers the practical application of the approach. A diagram of the organizational mirror is used as a guide to the process. The consultation follows three broad stages: information-gathering, formulation and implementation. An extended example of consultation in a mental health setting illustrates the method. The further potential of the approach as a training/consultative tool is highlighted.
