Abstract
The legislative base analysis, defining sanitary-and-epidemiologic requirements to preservation of the environment and an inhabitancy of the person, the analysis of normative documents under the reference with narcotics and psychotropic substances are lead. The structure of the medical and pharmaceutical organizations participating in drug trafficking and psychotropic substances is studied; the assortment of medical products of controllable groups. The basic infringements of rests destruction process of the medical products in the medical organizations are revealed.
