Using appropriate quantitative analysis method, in the comprehensive evaluation stage, except for the recessive relationship between the indicators. There is a negative relationship between other indicators. The comprehensive competitiveness evaluation indicators of the marine industry are determined and standardized. Moreover, the weight of each indicator is calculated, and the AHP method is selected to rank.
