Abstract
Introduction: Surgery is the cornerstone of the treatment of chronic pancreatitis that is refractory to medical management. Frey's procedure is a commonly performed surgery in the management of chronic pancreatitis. This study aims to describe the optimal length of the pancreatic dochotomy based on intraoperative pancreatoscopy.
