Abstract

Diffuse midline gliomas (DMGs) pose treatment challenges due to their location within the brainstem and invasive nature. Although classical immune checkpoint inhibitors have demonstrated limited success in clinical trials, Ausejo-Mauleon etal. demonstrate TIM-3 is an effective DMG strategy, targeting both immune and tumor cells for dual therapeutic benefit.
