Abstract
An analytical calculation is given which determines the blocking radius of a pile-up of screw dislocations to a group of coplanar dislocations of the same kind on a neighbouring slip plane. The blocking radius is found to be inversely proportional to the applied stress. The results are used to estimate the work-hardening rate in stage II of face-centred cubic single crystals in the theory of Hirsch and Mitchell. Es wird eine analytische Berechnung durchgeführt, die den Bremsradius einer Aufstapelung von Schraubenversetzungen gegenüber einer Gruppe koplanarer Versetzungen der gleichen Art auf einer benachbarten Gleitebene bestimmt. Es wird gefunden, daß der Bremsradius umgekehrt proportional der angelegten Spannung ist. Die Ergebnisse werden benutzt, um die Verfestigungsrate im Zustand II von k.f.z.-Einkristallen in der Theorie von Hirsch und Mitchell zu berechnen.
