Abstract
目的 探讨护理干预对降纤酶治疗脑梗塞的疗效.方法 将154例脑梗塞患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组78例,对照组76例,两组患者治疗方案相同(用川芎嗪针剂、脱水剂、低分子右旋糖酐、脑保护剂等支持治疗,同时加用降纤酶10U加入无菌生理盐水100～250ml中,静脉滴注1h以上.每日1次,2w为1个疗程).对两组患者进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行特殊护理干预,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果 观察组总有效率为89.74%,对照组为73.68%,观察组有效率显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 护理干预能提高降纤酶治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效。
