Abstract

It is necessary to strengthen the internal teaching quality, highlight the characteristics of running a school and improve the quality of personnel training in local undergraduate colleges by making innovations in the training of application-oriented professionals and drawing on new educational concepts. This study starts from the talent cultivation of applied undergraduate HRM (Human Resource Management) major, and introduces the OBE (Outcome-based Education) education viewpoint on the basis of analyzing the existing problems of the original talent cultivation mode. The training scheme of this major is designed in reverse with market orientation and industry standard, the curriculum system is reconstructed by highlighting the cultivation of students' practical quality, the teaching quality is consolidated by multiple evaluation system, and the connection between learning and doing is strengthened by school-enterprise cooperation as the platform. In order to provide some Suggestions for improving the quality of application-oriented personnel training in this major, to truly meet the actual needs of the regional economic and social development of this professional.
