Abstract

Objective To discuss the nursing methods in preoperative and postoperative period of total laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods 48 patients treated with total laparoscopic hysterectomy in our department from May, 2005 to August, 2009 were analyzed the preoperative and postoperative nursing. The average age of them was 45 and the average length of stay was 12 days. Results 48 patients were cured with the relevant preoperative and postoperative nursing. Conclusions Total laparoscopic hysterectomy has the advantages of small operation wound, little postoperative discomfort and few abdominal scars. In view of the particularity of the patient treated with total laparoscopic hysterectomy, adopting relevant nursing measrues is the key which can ensure the carrying out of the operations and promote the patient early - rehabilitation.
