Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of respiratory training combined with seretide treating Ⅲ,Ⅳ grade stable COPD patients and the nursing intervention.Methods A total of 50 chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients were randomly divided into seretide treatment group (A group) and respiratory training combined seretide group (B group),25 patients in each group.Before and 3 months after treatment,pulmonary function and clinical symptoms were observed.Results In group B after 3 months after treatment,lung function FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1 percentage of predicted value accounting were significantly improved than those of control group ( P <0.05).Conclusions Respiratory training combined with seretide can not only improve lung function,but also improve the quality of lifeand prognosis,reduce the financial burden of patients; Detail and good nursing is the key to therapy success.
