Abstract
Whereas the abstract noun suffix -ter/-der is very common in all three Brittonic languages, the usage of the abstract noun suffixes -(y)ans and -neth has been greater in Cornish than that of their counterparts in Breton or in Welsh. The activity of all three Cornish suffixes is examined.
