Abstract
2021年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖颁予辣椒素受体——瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1（TRPV1）的发现者美国科学家David Julius，TRPV1的发现揭示了温度及痛觉感知的机制，丰富了人们对感知和适应周围环境的认识。除在感觉神经末梢外，TRPV1在心血管系统也有丰富的表达，但其生物学意义并不明了。为此，国内外学者对TRPV1调控心血管功能的作用、与心血管病发病机制的联系及膳食辣椒素的治疗效益进行了探索，拓展了TRPV1的作用，开辟了心血管病防治的新领域。.
