Mark Freeland is an economist and deputy director of the National Health Statistics Group. The National Health Expenditures Projection Team also includes economists Mary Lee Seifert, Arthur Sensenig, and Jean Stiller and actuaries Sally Burner, Stephen Calfo, and Kent Clemens from the HCFA Office of the Actuary.
