Abstract
Achieving the review process of the Council Regulation (EC) 44/2001 of 22 December 2000 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters, the new EU Regulation 1215/2012 of 12 December 2012 raises several issues with regard to international arbitration.
