Abstract
Mit Wirkung zum 23. August 2018 hat das Bundesministerium fur Gesundheit den Beschluss des G-BA zur Einfuhrung des neuen DMP Herzinsuffizienz bekanntgegeben [1]. Im Folgenden werden die wichtigsten Therapieziele sowie Qualitatsindikatoren und Limitationen dieses demnachst von den KVen regional umzusetzenden DMP vorgestellt.
