Abstract
The field of learning disabilities is literally forcing many disciplines to re-evaluate present testing and screening instruments. In this abstract, Dr. Ozer is offering a preliminary communication describing an approach that his facility is taking to devise an accurate and prompt neurological examination. It is propitious for the field of learning disabilities that neurology is attempting to measure brain function in terms of rate of learning. The Journal is looking forward to a future report from Dr. Ozer and we would suggest all interested persons make application to him for copies of the forms and instructions that he is using for this evaluation technique.—C.
