Abstract
Research Article| May 01 2020 The Neglected Lectures on Conversion and Saintliness in The Varieties of Religious Experience: William James’s Search for Redemptive (Saving) Facts Dan D. Crawford Dan D. Crawford Dan D. Crawford received his Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh and has an M.A. in religion from Princeton University. Since 1997 he has taught at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the philosophy and religious studies departments. He has also held positions at Bucknell University, Muhlenberg College, and Albright College. His areas of specialization are the history of religious thought, American Evangelicalism, and the interrelations between science and theology.
