Abstract
With the rise of industry 4.0 and the Internet, a large number of network optical fiber links are applied in the control system of thermal power plants. However, there are no test methods and requirements for optical fiber links in the acceptance test procedures for decentralized control system of thermal power plants. In this paper, the optical fiber medium, field bus type and so on are introduced, and the necessity and method of optical fiber link testing are discussed.
