Abstract

We examine the tetraquark and trigluon glueball interpretations of the newly observed resonances η1(1855) and X(2600) by BESIII Collaboration, respectively. Our numerical results indicate that η1(1855) could be embedded into the [1c]s¯s⊗[1c]q¯q configuration and X(2600) is consistent with the mass of the 2−+ trigluon glueball. The possible decay channels of the correlative hadronic states are analyzed, which are crucial in decoding the internal structures of η1(1855) and X(2600), and are hopefully measurable in BESIII, BEllEII, PANDA, and LHCb experiments.
