Abstract
1. The reason for the branching of the albumin wave in the presence of cobalt salts is because at least two catalytically active complexes of the albumin with Co2+ ions, differing in both catalytic and adsorption properties, are present in the solution. 2. The influence of various factors on the separate steps of the albumin wave was explained by the dissimilar action of these factors on each of the catalytic complexes.
