Protected naturals territories - natural and cultural legacy places, and reserve zones - are the basic parts in the system of the urban natural territories. They provide stability and functional effectiveness to this system. Organizing network of the protected naturals territories gives the greatest positive effect. This network includes the different kinds of such territories with different functions and using modes. Nature monuments are the most worth-while kind of urban protected natural territories. Object declarated as nature monument requires no confiscating a land from land-user, no establishing a protected mode of security, no restricting a recreation usage etc. At the same time, a valuable object of natural and cultural legacy is out of direct economic usage.
